How We Work
Grooming is not a fixed timeline. Each appointment is shaped by the dog’s coat, behaviour, age, comfort level, and tolerance for the process.

Some dogs move easily through their appointment. Others need a slower pace, extra breaks, quieter handling, or more support to complete the groom safely.
