This service is adjusted based on coat condition, behaviour, and time required.
Bath & Tidy
For dogs who require maintenance between full grooms.
Includes bath, blow dry, brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, and light trimming of the face, feet, and sanitary areas.
De-shedding Services
Designed for double-coated breeds or dogs who require coat maintenance without a haircut.
Focuses on thorough bathing, coat conditioning, and removal of loose undercoat to maintain skin and coat health.
Puppy Introduction
A structured introduction to grooming for young dogs.
Focuses on building comfort with the grooming process through gradual exposure and positive handling.
Calm Support
Some dogs benefit from a slower pace, additional support, or adjustments during grooming.
Calm Support is designed for dogs who are anxious, sensitive, easily overwhelmed, or require extra time to complete grooming safely and comfortably.
This may include:
Extra breaks during the appointment
Slower introductions to handling or equipment
Additional time for nervous or sensitive dogs
Adjustments to support comfort and safety throughout the groom
Calm Support may be selected during booking or recommended at drop-off based on your dog’s needs.
The Calm Support Package is $25 and includes additional time and handling adjustments built into the appointment.
If additional time is required beyond what has been allocated, it is added in 15-minute increments at $15 per increment
